We try to have the data on our website as accurate as possible. Fortunately, at Sinocox.eu. Also, we are human, so a typo can be made. That is why we recommend always checking the critical specs for your configuration before finishing an order. If you are unsure about something, please contact us to discuss it or check it together. It is wise to check the following information in the drawings and technical documentation. Can you help find the information you are looking for? We will always try to support you in the best possible way.

In general, you have to check at least these five things:

1. Do I meet the application and standards that I need in my case?
2. Are all electrical features that are important to me okay? Even the more complex ones like the harmonics-related specs.
3. Do all Mechanical features meet my requirements? (Like mentioned in the catalog)
4. Is the insulation and impregnation okay?
5. Do all dimensions (sizes and weights) that are important to me meet my requirements?

• Think about questions like:
• Does the selected alternator have the right combination of power at ESP/ Prime use, the correct Voltage, the correct RPM, the right frequency, and the right size
• Does the total length fit?
• Do you need a single or double bearing?
• Have dimensions like shaft height, shaft size, feet, flange, and coupling been selected correctly?
• Do the altitude, overspeed, protection, number of leads, pitch, AVR, Voltage regulation accuracy, waveform Distortion, TIF, and THF meet my requirements?
• Can the construction handle the total weight of the alternator?
• Is the overload okay for me?
• Is your alternator suitable for the customer or application requirements? For example, marine applications require specific certifications; not every alternator has these!
• Are there any customer-specific requirements that my alternator should meet?

Sinocox.eu tries to speed up everything we can in a world where everything is about timing. We are keeping stock in our warehouse, replying as quickly as possible, and doing everything we can to meet estimated delivery times. Per order, we will confirm the delivery time, but in general, you can keep the following delivery times in mind:

For in-stock alternators and alternator parts:

• Typically, these will be available for pick-up within 1 or 2 workdays after the order (contact us if you want it quicker; we will see what we can do). We will contact you if the order is processed and ready for pick-up. Or reach out to check if your alternator is ready for pick-up.
• If you choose delivery, the alternator will be at your address within the Netherlands within 1 workweek and between 1 and 2 weeks in the EU. (Islands may take longer)
  

For non-stock alternators and alternator parts (unless they are already on their way):

• Pick-up in Apeldoorn is likely between 4-6 weeks after order.
• Delivery at your European address is likely between 5 and 7 weeks. 

The standard language for all manuals and instruction documents is English. We are working hard to translate our website; the selected website language will contain the same manual language. Until then, you can request the manual in your language via support@sinocox.eu. Did you know that signed-in customers can download the manuals directly from the product pages?

At Sinocox.eu we offer two options.

1. Order including delivery.
   If you choose delivery, we will handle the entire process from order to delivery. We selected the best European logistics partner to handle our transportation: Heldertransport.nl. Together with Heldertransport.nl, we can provide you with a fixed rate from the moment you place your order. That way, you will not have unpleasant surprises after your order is finished. Our partner, Heldertransport.nl, does a good job when it comes to careful transportation and also in communication. Together, we will keep you updated about the delivery.
   Helder will provide you with order-specific information, but please remember that we assume you can unload a truck yourself. Alternators, as well as heavier parts, are delivered on a pallet or in a palletized crate. The truck will deliver it as far as it has access or as far as it is allowed and can come. Remember that a truck needs paved ground, and the ground has to allow the vehicle’s axle weight.

2. Order excluding delivery. Pickup in Apeldoorn, NL
   You can arrange transportation if you pick it up in Apeldoorn. After confirmation of the delivery time, you can pick up your order in Apeldoorn. You always have to make an appointment so we can prepare your order. We try to help everybody as soon as possible. It can happen that a driver has to wait till a forklift or door is free. We recommend using only experienced carriers who handle vulnerable goods like alternators. At Sinocox.eu, a forklift can put a pallet on a trailer; it is up to the driver. When you choose to pick up, you have to take care of transportation documents by yourself. We highly recommend using only closed trailers/ vehicles for pick-up because all packages have to stay dry.
